Beginning of summer season and the pool had no water. No A/C in room; you have to crack open your window which allowed mosquitos and gnats. Staff felt bothered to refill the thermos with hot water in the lobby office. Room was comfy but tub area could use a little bit of refurbishing with touch up caulking and drain stopper

Nice amount of space for the price. Great location right on the bay with a nice deck. Quiet room with small kitchen. I always enjoy having a separate sitting space for relaxing or watching TV. Host was very friendly and helpful.
